Regulations on the provision of services consisting in the execution of orders to buy or sell property rights, keeping property rights accounts and cash accounts by X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski Spółka Akcyjna of 16^th March 2012

1. Amended Regulations come into force on March 16th, 2012;

2. Client who does not accept amendments to the Regulations shall have the right to terminate the Agreement and close the account with immediate effect.
