Fees and Commissions

Appendix no. 4 to Order no. PL/09/10 Table of Trading Days and Trading Hours dated 29/06/2010

Acting in accordance with provisions of the Regulations on the provision of services consisting in the execution of orders to buy or sell property rights, keeping property rights accounts and cash accounts by XTrade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A., the following has been established:

1. Trading Days are defined as all days of the week included within the period of time from

11:00 p.m. CET on Sunday, to 10:00 p.m. CET on Friday.

The Trading Day Closing is defined as 12:00 a.m. CET, but on Friday it is 10:00 p.m. CET.
Within the winter time, not all base markets shall change trading hours together with Polish market. XTrade Brokers shall make best efforts in order to provide the customers with information about this sort of changes on regular basis at its web site.

Comments:

Annual report mentioned in the Regulations is free of charge.
XTrade Brokers reserves itself the right to impose individual rates of commissions and fees, upon informing a Client in a paper form.
