BREAKING: Volatility increases as Ukrainian rebels evacuate civilians

We can observe an increase in volatility on some markets today, although the movements at the moment are not significant. The EURUSD dropped just over 10 pips, while the S&P 500 contracts fell by 30 points in the last few dozen minutes after news emerged that Ukrainian separatists were evacuating civilians to Russia. Theoretically, this could mean that the separatists in that region could be getting ready for an offensive by Russian troops to Ukraine.
