بموجب الاتفاقية، ستقوم شركة كابيتال ماريتايم بتسليم الناقلات التسع على دفعات قبل نهاية الربع الأول من عام 2025. سيتم دفع 10% من قيمة الصفقة كدفعة أولى عند توقيع العقد، بينما سيتم سداد المبلغ المتبقي عند الاستلام.
الناقلات، التي تم بناؤها في كوريا الجنوبية، تتميز بمتوسط عمر قدره 5.9 سنوات وتأتي مجهزة بأحدث التقنيات البيئية، مع قدرة حمولة تصل إلى حوالي 311,500 طن.
