Canada will remove tariffs on US products 🔔USDIDX loses 1%

Canada to apply tariff exemption on many US goods under USMCA and will remove retaliatory tariffs on many US products. For risky assets such as stocks and cryptocurrencies, it's another good information after 'dovish' Powell in Jackson Hole - but not for the US dollar. It's also a signal, that negative and inflationary tariffs effects may be weaker, which makes Fed rate cuts 'less risky' from the Federal Reserve perspective.
