أعلنت شركة لونيت الإماراتية استحواذ أحد صناديقها على حصة 40% في شركة أدنوك لأنابيب النفط من بلاك روك وكيه كيه آر.
نفذت "لونيت" الاستحواذ من خلال صندوقها لرأس المال طويل الأجل، عبر شراء حصة 100% في شركة ذات أغراض خاصة تملكها صناديق مدارة من قبل شركتي "بلاك روك" و"كيه كيه آر".
في وقت سابق من العام الماضي ذكرت مصادر مطلعة أن الصفقة قد تصل قيمتها لأكثر من أربعة مليارات دولار.
الجدير بالذكر أنه منذ تأسيسها في عام 2019 في أبوظبي، استفادت شركة "أدنوك لأنابيب النفط" من حق الانتفاع من الحصة التي تمتلكها "أدنوك" في 22 أنبوباً برياً وبحرياً لمدة 23 عاماً من خلال اتفاقية امتياز.
هذا وتضم مجموعة الأنابيب 17 أنبوباً برياً و5 أنابيب بحرية منتشرة في المنطقة وتمتد لـ806 كيلومترات وبسعة إجمالية تبلغ 18 مليون برميل يومياً.
