في النصف الأول من عام 2024، حققت الشركة الوطنية للإسكان (NHC) قفزة ملحوظة في مبيعاتها، حيث سجلت مبيعات تتجاوز 13.5 مليار ريال. هذا النجاح يعكس فعالية استراتيجيتها في تلبية احتياجات المواطنين في مختلف المناطق، مع التركيز على تقديم بيئة عمرانية متكاملة تعزز جودة الحياة.
شهدت المنطقة الوسطى، وخاصة في ضاحيتا خزام والفرسان ومجتمع الأصالة ومشروع دانة المشرقية، نموًا ملحوظًا، حيث تم بيع 7,000 وحدة سكنية بقيمة بلغت 8 مليارات ريال. هذا الإقبال الكبير يدل على جاذبية المشاريع الجديدة في الرياض.
كما شهدت المشاريع السكنية في جدة ومكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة اهتمامًا كبيرًا، حيث بلغت مبيعات الوحدات 4,799 وحدة في النصف الأول من 2024، مقارنة بـ 2,500 وحدة في نفس الفترة من العام الماضي. شملت هذه الزيادة مشاريع في ضاحية سدايم، ضاحية بوابة مكة، ومجتمع السدن.
في المنطقة الشرقية، تضاعف حجم المبيعات مقارنة بالعام السابق، حيث تم بيع 1,599 وحدة سكنية في ضاحية الواجهة ومجتمع قمرة، مما يعكس نجاح الشركة في توسيع مشاريعها العمرانية.
