أظهرت البيانات الرسمية من السعودية أن مساهمة قطاع الأمن السيبراني في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للملكة وصلت إلى نحو 15.6 مليار ريال، منها 8.6 مليارات ريال كمساهمة مباشرة و7 مليارات ريال كمساهمة غير مباشرة. وفقاً للتقرير الصادر عن الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني، الذي نُشر يوم الأحد، تم تسليط الضوء على مؤشرات اقتصادية مهمة في هذا القطاع لعام 2024، بما في ذلك حجم القطاع وإسهامه في الناتج المحلي وعدد المتخصصين في الأمن السيبراني.
كشف التقرير عن نمو مستمر في سوق الأمن السيبراني بالمملكة، حيث بلغ حجم السوق في عام 2023 نحو 13.3 مليار ريال، وهو إجمالي إنفاق القطاعين العام والخاص على منتجات وحلول وخدمات الأمن السيبراني. من هذا المبلغ، أنفق القطاع الخاص نحو 9.2 مليارات ريال، مما يمثل 69% من إجمالي الإنفاق. كما ارتفع عدد مقدمي خدمات الأمن السيبراني المسجلين لدى الهيئة ليصل إلى 353 منشأة بنهاية عام 2023.
رغم التحديات العالمية المتعلقة بنقص الكوادر المؤهلة، بلغ عدد المتخصصين في الأمن السيبراني في المملكة 19.6 ألف شخص، مع نسبة تصل إلى 32% من النساء، وهي نسبة أعلى من المعدل العالمي الذي يبلغ 25%.
استعرض التقرير توزيع سوق الأمن السيبراني حسب المنتجات والخدمات، حيث شكلت المنتجات والحلول نحو 56% من السوق بقيمة 7.5 مليارات ريال، في حين بلغت نسبة خدمات الأمن السيبراني 44% بقيمة 5.8 مليارات ريال. تشمل أبرز مجالات القطاع أمن الشبكات، تكامل أنظمة الأمن السيبراني، أمن الأجهزة الطرفية، إدارة مراكز عمليات الأمن السيبراني، وأمن الحوسبة السحابية.
أكدت الهيئة أنها أعدت التقرير بالتعاون مع بيوت خبرة محلية ودولية، واستفادت من آراء الخبراء. وقد استغرق إعداد الدراسة عامين، حيث تم استخدامها لأفضل المعايير والممارسات وشمل تصنيفاً شاملاً لأكثر من 100 نوع من المنتجات والخدمات في مجال الأمن السيبراني.
تُعتبر الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني المرجع الوطني في هذا المجال، وتهدف إلى تعزيز أمن الدولة وحماية البنى التحتية الحساسة والقطاعات الحيوية، فضلاً عن تشجيع الابتكار والاستثمار وإجراء البحوث والدراسات الدورية.
