أعلنت شركة أرامكو السعودية، اليوم الثلاثاء، عزمها إصدار سندات دولية ضمن برنامجها للسندات الدولية متوسطة الأجل بالدولار. وحددت الشركة في بيان على موقع سوق الأسهم السعودية "تداول" أنها قامت بتكليف بنوك لبيع شرائح الديون غير المضمونة القائمة بآجال استحقاق 10 و30 و40 سنة. وذكرت أنه سيتم تحديد مبلغ الإصدار بناء على ظروف السوق، مشيرة إلى أن "السندات ستشكل التزامات مباشرة وعامة وغير مشروطة وغير مضمونة على المصدر".
أضافت الشركة أن صافي العائدات من كل إصدار للسندات سيتم استخدامه للأغراض العامة للشركة أو أي غرض آخر محدد في الشروط النهائية لسلسلة السندات. وقد تم تعيين سيتي جروب، وجولدمان ساكس إنترناشيونال، وإتش إس بي سي، وجي بي مورجان، ومورجان ستانلي، وسامبا كابيتال كمديري دفاتر مشتركين نشطين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يعد بنك أبوظبي التجاري، وبنك أوف أمريكا سيكيوريتيز، وبنك الصين، وبنك الإمارات دبي الوطني، وبنك أبوظبي الأول، وميزوهو من بين البنوك التي تم تعيينها كمديري دفاتر مشتركين سلبيين.
توجهت أرامكو السعودية إلى أسواق الدين العالمية آخر مرة في 2021، حيث جمعت ستة مليارات دولار من الصكوك عبر ثلاث شرائح. وفي فبراير أشارت إلى خطط لإصدار سندات هذا العام. وأصدرت السعودية سندات مقومة بالدولار بقيمة اثني عشر مليار دولار في يناير/كانون الثاني.
