في مايو 2024، قام المصريون بالخارج بتحويل رقم قياسي بلغ 2.7 مليار دولار، وهو ما يمثل زيادة كبيرة قدرها 73.8% مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي، حسبما أعلن اليوم البنك المركزي المصري.
ويواصل هذا الاتجاه القياسي للشهر الثالث على التوالي، حيث أظهرت التحويلات إلى البنوك المصرية ارتفاعًا ملحوظًا بعد انخفاض قيمة العملة، مما يشير إلى ثقة المستثمرين الإيجابية في الاقتصاد المصري.
ويعزى هذا الارتفاع إلى تحسن سعر صرف الجنيه المصري أمام الدولار الأمريكي، والذي انخفض من 31 جنيها إلى 50 جنيها للدولار يوم 6 مارس الماضي، وارتفع تدريجيا إلى 48.40 جنيها اليوم.
أعلن البنك المركزي المصري اليوم أن تحويلات المصريين لشهر مايو 2024 بلغت رقما قياسيا. كما ارتفعت التحويلات بنسبة 26.6% مقارنة بشهر إبريل 2024، حيث بلغ إجماليها 2.2 مليار دولار.
