أعلنت شركة الأسمدة المصرية (موبكو) عن إيقاف مصانعها الثلاثة بسبب انقطاع إمدادات الغاز الطبيعي. يأتي ذلك نتيجة التأثير السلبي على مخزون شبكة الغاز، نتيجة زيادة معدلات استهلاك الطاقة وسط ارتفاع غير مسبوق في الطلب، تزامنا مع توقف بعض مصادر إمدادات الغاز الإقليمية. كما أعلنت شركة أبو قير للأسمدة والصناعات الكيماوية أمس عن توقف مصانعها الثلاثة لنفس السبب لحين تحسن تشغيلي في أوضاع شبكة الغاز.
وذكرت الشركة أن هذه الخطوة تعود إلى التأثير السلبي على مخزون شبكة الغاز الناتج عن زيادة معدلات استهلاك الطاقة خلال موجة الحر، تزامنا مع توقف بعض مصادر إمدادات الغاز الإقليمية. وكانت شركة أبو قير للأسمدة قد أعلنت في وقت سابق عن استئناف مصانعها تدريجيًا بداية يونيو المقبل بعد عودة ضغط الغاز الطبيعي بالشبكة القومية إلى طبيعته، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الشركة المصرية للغاز الطبيعي (جاسكو).
