Where can I find the password to decrypt the documents?

You can find the password required to decrypt documents received by email in your mobile app or on the web platform:

Mobile app: Click the profile icon in the top left corner and go to the Security tab → Document password.
Web platform: Go to the My profile tab (located at the bottom of the left-hand panel), then select Password for documents.

🚩The password for the document cannot be changed.
