Promotion name: "XTB Gives You a Free Share"

Partner: UFC Heavyweight Champion Tom Aspinall

Referral code: ASPINALL

Free share: One ordinary Mercedes-Benz share (ISIN DE0007100000, Frankfurt Stock Exchange)

Availability: First 250 eligible clients (XTB may increase this number)

What is this promotion?

XTB has partnered with UFC Heavyweight Champion Tom Aspinall to offer new UK clients a free Mercedes-Benz share when they open an account and complete a few simple steps. The cost of the share is covered entirely by XTB. Receiving the share is not investment advice or a recommendation, and its value can rise or fall.

Promotion period

The campaign runs from 9 August 2026 (1:00 AM CET) to 9 September 2026 (12:00 PM CET), or until the free shares are exhausted — whichever comes first.

How to receive your free share (3 steps)

Step 1Open an account. Register and open your first account at www.xtb.com/en.

Step 2Enter the referral code. Enter the referral code ASPINALL on the very first screen at the beginning of the registration process.

🚩Important: the code cannot be added at a later stage. If the code is not applied when the application is created, you will not receive the free share.

Step 3Deposit and consent. Make a deposit of at least £50 and consent to the promotion Terms & Conditions in the XTB Mobile App. Both must be done within 7 days (168 hours) of opening your first account, and no later than the campaign end date. Complete account activation and identity verification for the deposit to count.

Who is eligible?

To qualify, you must be a new client who:

  • Is a natural person over 18 and a UK tax resident (not a "US Person").

  • Is opening their first XTB account and has not had an active XTB / XTB Group account in the last 365 days.

  • Has not previously received an XTB promotion or welcome bonus.

  • Is not currently taking part in any other concurrent XTB promotion.

  • Has entered the ASPINALL referral code at the start of registration.

When will I receive my share?

The free share is transferred to your account within 3 business days after you have met all the eligibility and delivery conditions in the Terms & Conditions.

Key things to know

  • Only one free share per customer, regardless of how many accounts or subaccounts you create.

  • The free share cannot be exchanged for cash or other instruments, and it cannot be combined with other XTB promotions.

  • Once received, you may keep, sell, or transfer the share.

  • XTB does not guarantee the exact share price at the time of allocation, as it is subject to market fluctuations.

  • If XTB is unable to deliver the share, it may instead credit the monetary value of the share as cash to your account.

  • Guaranteed entitlement: If you validly enter the referral code before it is disabled in XTB's systems, you will still receive your share even if the pool runs out afterwards — provided you make the £50 deposit and give consent within the deadlines.

Taxes

XTB is an execution-only broker and does not provide tax advice. You are responsible for any taxes (including stamp duty and capital gains tax) related to the free share. Please obtain your own tax advice based on your personal circumstances.

Exclusions

XTB may deny or revoke the free share in cases of duplicate accounts, fraud or manipulation, breach of the Terms & Conditions or Contract, or abuse of the promotion (e.g. depositing only a token amount with no genuine intention to invest, or withdrawing funds immediately after receiving the reward).

Note: Clients are highly encouraged to check the full Terms and Conditions for the complete and legally binding details of this promotion.
