Web Platform
To submit logs from the web version of the platform, click the “Support & Help” button in the left-hand menu, then select the option “Something went wrong”.
When submitting logs, please select files from the day the issue occurred and provide detailed information in the error description field.
🚩If the logs relate to a complaint, please make sure to include that information in the “error description” field.

Mobile App 
To submit logs from the XTB mobile app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner, go to “Settings”, and select “Report a technical issue”.
In the comment field, please provide detailed information about the reported issue or indicate that the logs relate to a submitted complaint. At the bottom of the screen, confirm the submission.
