ارتفعت أسهم كوميرز بنك (CBK.DE) بنسبة 16% في جلسة التداول الأوروبية اليوم بعد أن استحوذت شركة يوني كريديت SpA (UCG.IT) على حصة 9% في كوميرز بنك AG وتخطط لبدء محادثات مع البنك، مما يثير احتمال الاستحواذ الذي قد يغير التوزيع الأوروبي للسلطة في القطاع المصرفي. وذكر بيان اليوم أن البنك الإيطالي استحوذ على حصة 4.5% من الحكومة الألمانية واشترى الباقي في السوق المفتوحة.
