Adding/Editing a Withdrawal Account via the Mobile App
To add or edit a withdrawal account via the mobile app, go to the Portfolio tab and then select the Withdraw option at the top of the screen. After clicking on the Bank Account title, you will see the Form button.
In order to proceed, you need to fill in your bank account details and attach a photo of a physically delivered bank statement or an original online generated PDF bank statement. Screenshots are not accepted.
If the submitted document is rejected, the information along with the reason for rejection will be sent to the email address registered to your account. To find out the reason for rejection, please check your email inbox.

Adding/Changing a Withdrawal Account via the Client Office
To change your withdrawal account number via the Investor Room, go to My Profile → Bank Accounts.
Then, fill in the required details and attach your bank statement.
