How to make a deposit into an investment account?
You can make a deposit into your investment account in just a few simple steps using various methods available on the XTB platform.
Available Deposit Methods
To fund your account, you can use the following methods:
Bank transfer
Payment by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard)
How to make a deposit?
Mobile App
To make a deposit in the mobile app, go to the Portfolio tab and then select the 'Add money' option at the top of the screen. Once the available payment methods are displayed, choose your preferred option and deposit the funds.

Web Platform
To make a deposit from the web platform, click the "Deposit and Withdrawal" button in the top left corner of the screen, go to the Deposit Funds tab, and then select your preferred payment method.

🚩 Important: Deposits cannot be made via bank transfer or transferring funds between investment accounts within the Client Office. These services are available only in the mobile app or on the web platform.
Deposit Processing Time
All deposits except for bank transfers are instant and you will see this reflected in your account balance immediately.
Bank transfers from UK are normally added to your account within 1 working day.
Fees and Commissions
We do not charge any fees on depositing money via bank transfer, credit and debit cards.
Minimum Deposit
There is no minimum deposit amount - you can fund your account with any amount..

Individual Deposit Number
Each client has an individual deposit number (i.e. your trading account number with us) that allows the automatic allocation of funds to the investment account.
To see your individual deposit number in the mobile app, go to the Portfolio tab, and then select the “Add money” option at the top of the screen. Once the available payment methods are displayed, select “Standard Bank Transfer” and check the details for the transfer. Your individual deposit number can be found under the “Transfer description”.



Your individual deposit number is also available on the web platform. Click the Deposit/Withdraw button visible in the left panel → Add money → Standard Bank Transfer.
How does the individual deposit number work?
When making a bank transfer, your individual deposit number (your trading account number) must be included in the transfer description or title. This allows us to correctly identify your payment.
Please note that funds will be automatically credited to your investment account only if the correct deposit number is provided. Otherwise, the process may be delayed.
