أعلنت شركة سبينس الإماراتية عـن نيتها في إجراء طرح عام أوليّ وإدراج أسهمها العادية للتداول في سوق دبي المالي.
شركة "سبينس 1961 هولدينج بي إل سي " أكدت انها ستطرح 900 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية قدرها 0.01 درهم للسهم الواحد، وتمثل ما نسبته 25% من إجمالي الأسهم المصدرة في رأسمال الشركة.
بالنظر إلى الشرائح التي تنوي الشركة الإكتتاب فيها فقد أعلنت توفير الطرح للشريحة الأولى وهم المستثمرين الأفراد في الإمارات والمستثمرين الاخرين وبالنسبة للشريحة الثانية فهي للمستثمرين المحترفين خارج الولايات المتحدة .
يشار أن فترة الإكتتاب ستبدأ في ال 23 من هذا الشهر وتنتهي في ال29 من ذات الشهر بالنسبة للمستثمرين الافراد في الإمارات وفي ال30 بالنسبة للمستثمرين المحترفين.
سيعزز الطرح المحتمل لـ"سبينس دبي"، قطاع بيع المواد الغذائية بالتجزئة بالمنطقة وهو قطاع صغير لكنه يشهد توسعاً إذ تدير "سبينس دبي" أكثر من 65 متجراً في الإمارات.
من جانبه صرح المدير التنفيذي لشركة "سبينس" لوسائل الإعلام أنه تم وضع خطة لتوزيع أرباح بـ 60% من الربح السنوي كما سيتم توزيع الأرباح في ابريل وأكتوبر من كل عام في إشارة إلى الفرص الاستثمارية التي تتطلع لها الشركة في السعودية خلال الفترة القادمة.
من جانب أخر أعلنت سبينس أن إيراداتها خلال 2023 ارتفعت إلى 2.87 مليار درهم بمعدل نمو سنوي مركب قدره 8.2% منذ عام 2019.
يشار أنه شهدت الإمارات بصفة خاصة طفرةً في الإدراجات منذ أواخر 2021 على خلفية ارتفاع أسعار النفط وحملة الخصخصة التي تجريها الحكومة.
