I started in Global Customer Support. Today, I help shape global marketing campaigns. I started my journey at XTB in the Global Customer Support team, where I had the opportunity to work closely with our clients, better understand their needs, and gain insight into how the company operates. Over time, I moved into marketing, initially supporting campaign execution and now managing paid social media activities. What I enjoy most is working with data, testing new ideas, and constantly looking for ways to make our campaigns more effective. I value the balance between a relaxed atmosphere and a professional environment, as well as the genuine opportunities for growth and development.

The work I do today directly impacts millions of users. I've been part of the Product & Technology team for almost 10 years. After completing it, I joined the Financial Risk Management Team as a Junior Java Software Engineer. From day one, I've had the opportunity to work on challenging projects that helped me grow both technically and from a business perspective. Five years later, I'm still learning something new every day. I've been part of the Operational Support Team for the past five years. Our work involves verifying client documentation and providing operational support to various teams across the company. What makes this role interesting is that no two days are the same.
