اليوم تستعد الأسواق الإماراتية لإستقبال الطروحات الأولية المهمة في قطاع التجزئة تشمل سلسة المتاجر الكبيرة "اللولو" و"سبينس" ومن المحمل ان تدرج إحداهما في أبوظبي والأخرى في دبي.
نظرا لإقتراب موعد إستحقاق إدراج هاتين المجموعتين يجدر الإشارة أن مجموعة "اللولو" تعد أحد أكبر الطروحات العامة الاولية المحتملة في الخليج ككل وليس فقط في الإمارات ,سوق أبوظبي للاوراق المالية يعتبر السوق المحتمل لإدراج مجموعة اللولو التي تدرس بدورها الإدراج المزدوج لها في كل من أبوظبي والرياض.
المستهدف من عملية الطرح جمع ملياري دولار والموعد المحتمل للإدراج خلال النصف الثاني من 2024 ,مجموعة اللولو بدات بتعيين بنوك للعمل على الطرح بقيمة تقديرية تصل إلى 5 مليارات دولار .
بالنسبة لسبينس أيضا ينتظر دخوله في السوق الإماراتي عبر بوابة سوق دبي المالي بنسبة طرح تصل إلى 30% من رأس المال في حين يعتبر الموعد المتوقع للطرح هو الربع الثاني من 2024 .
يشار أنه تم تعين شركة ROTHSCHILD AND CO لتقديم الإستشارة بشأن الطرح العام الاولى وبالتالي السوق ستكون متعطشة إلى هذه الخيارات المقدمة في قطاع التجزئة.
هذه الطروحات تسعى جميعها ضمن منافسة شرسة للتصدر في قائمة الأسهم الاعلى ,في هذا الإطار قفز سهم شركة باركن الإماراتية بما يصل إلى 31 بالمئة في أول ظهور لها في سوق دبي المالي، وذلك بعد طرح عام أولي بقيمة 429 مليون دولار.
