ارتفعت أسهم شركة Aster DM Healthcare بنسبة 12% مع انتهاء عملية التقسيم بين عملياتها في الهند ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ووفقًا لخطة الانفصال، استحوذت مجموعة بقيادة فجر كابيتال، وهي شركة أسهم خاصة مدعومة سياديًا، على حصة قدرها 65% في شركة أستر جي سي سي، في حين احتفظت عائلة موبين بحصة 35% إلى جانب الحقوق الإدارية والتشغيلية. وفي الهند، تمتلك عائلة موبين حصة قدرها 41.88%. ارتفع السهم بنسبة 11.81٪ ليصل إلى 467.55 روبية في بورصة البحرين بعد هذا التطور.
أعلنت شركة Aster DM Healthcare عن إتمام الصفقة، حيث قامت شركة Affinity Holdings، وهي شركة فرعية مملوكة لها بالكامل، ببيع كيانات تعمل في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي إلى شركة AlphaGC Holdings Limited. تلقت شركة Affinity Holdings مبلغ 907.6 مليون دولار نقدًا.
في نوفمبر 2023، حصلت Aster DM Healthcare على موافقات مجلس الإدارة لفصل أعمالها في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والهند، بهدف إنشاء شركتين إقليميتين متميزتين في مجال الرعاية الصحية. وتهدف هذه الخطوة إلى توفير المرونة الإستراتيجية والمالية لتلبية احتياجات المرضى بشكل أفضل وتلبية المتطلبات المتزايدة للأسواق الخاصة بهم.
