Go to the ‘Portfolio’ section (bottom menu) → ‘My Trades’. Select the CFD instrument you want to close. Then scroll down to see all open positions on that instrument. Select the position and click on ‘Close position’.
How to close a CFD position on the web platform?
Go to the ‘Open Positions’ tab at the bottom of the screen and select the position you want to close. Then click on the red button located on the row of the selected position.
🚩 Closing a CFD position can mean either a sale or a purchase – it depends on how it was opened, as closing is the opposite operation. This means that if you have a long position on a CFD (on the FOREX market, indices, commodities or cryptocurrencies), it is closed by selling. Conversely, if you have a short position, it is closed by buying.
