How to Withdraw, Processing Times, and Status

How to request a withdrawal?

You can request a withdrawal either through the mobile app or the web platform.

Requesting a withdrawal in the mobile app:

To make a withdrawal in the mobile app, go to the Portfolio tab, then select the 'Withdraw' option visible at the top of the screen. Choose the withdrawal method to a bank account, then fill out the form and submit documents to verify ownership of the bank account.

Requesting a withdrawal on the web platform:

To make a withdrawal on the web platform, click the 'Deposit&Withdrawal' button visible in the upper section of the panel on the left side of the screen, then select the 'Withdraw' option.

Next, choose the bank account you want to withdraw your funds to. If you are making a withdrawal for the first time, you will need to add and verify your account:

  1. Fill in the bank account details.

  2. Attach an online generated PDF bank statement so that we can verify the bank account (we do this for your security and in accordance with applicable regulations).

  3. In order to finalize the process, a verification code will be sent to you via SMS. In case of not receiving the code, please ask to be connected with a live agent via chat so that it can be provided to you there.


Bank account verification is required only for the first withdrawal - for subsequent withdrawals, it will not be necessary.

Fees and Commissions

Note on Bank Costs: XTB covers all costs charged by our bank. All other potential costs (Beneficiary and Intermediary bank) are paid by the client according to the commission tables of those banks.


Processing Time and Status 💸

We process withdrawal requests promptly:

  • Processing Time: For XTB Limited (CY), requests are processed not later than on the next business day following the day in which we received the withdrawal request.

Where can I check the status?

To monitor your request, go to the Client Office -> My Profile -> Payout History. There you can check the date of the request, the withdrawal amount, and the current status.
