How can I change my email address?

In order to change your email address please log in to the Client office -> My Profile -> Profile data.

In the Email contact section complete your new email address and confirm. We will send you SMS verification code that will allow you to complete the process of changing your email address.


From mobile app
To change your email address, log in to the mobile app, then click on the profile icon in the top left corner -> Personal details.


Next, go to Email contact and tap. A green pencil icon will appear. Tap the icon and enter the new email address. We will send you SMS verification code that will allow you to complete the process of changing your email address.

If you are unable to log into the Client Office because your email address no longer exists, or you are having difficulty resetting your password, please contact customer service by phone (https://www.xtb.com/cy/contact).
