This means that, in accordance with our internal policy and applicable regulations, we are currently unable to provide services to the individual attempting to register. This may be due to not meeting one of the formal requirements that must be considered when opening an account (e.g. country of residence, tax status, or information provided during registration).
This decision is final, and it is not possible to proceed with the registration process. Thank you for your understanding.
