Futures contracts on indices indicate a lower opening for the cash session in Europe. The German DAX is down by 0.20%, and the British UK100 is trading 0.30% lower. Today's macro calendar is relatively light, lacking any top-tier data that could significantly impact global markets. Nevertheless, there will be an opportunity to hear speeches from two bankers. Firstly, at 6:45 PM GMT, BoE Chairman Bailey will speak, followed by the Governor of the Bank of France, Villeroy de Galhau at 8:30 PM GMT.
Next, on Tuesday, the Conference Board's sentiment readings for November will be released, and on Friday, the first PMI readings for November. In the USA, the ISM report will also be published. The forecasted data is expected to show a further weakening of economies, with the expected US manufacturing PMI to be at 49.8 compared to 50 a month ago.
