Earnings reports from Activision Blizzard and Pinterest
European futures markets point to a lower opening of today's cash session on the Old Continent. While Asian equities traded mostly higher today, European and US index futures have been underperforming. In spite of US dollar weakness, commodities failed to catch a bid with precious metals and oil trading lower today. Downbeat moods can also be spotted on the cryptocurrency market.
Economic calendar for today is dominated by manufacturing survey data from Europe and the United States. Majority of those will be revisions to July PMI data. However, a US ISM manufacturing report will surely draw the market's attention. Apart from that, investors will be offered earnings from companies like Activision Blizzard or Pinterest today.
