Early mid-december PMI data
Today is somewhat intriguing due to the early publication of PMI data ahead of the approaching holiday period at the end of December. This schedule adjustment primarily arises from the availability of respondents and the work schedules of those compiling and analyzing the data. The PMI for most countries is expected to be better than last month. However, due to the early publication, both the month-over-month changes and the changes compared to the final publications for December, which will be released in early January, may be slightly lower.
In addition, industrial production data from the USA and final inflation figures for November from some countries will also be released.
