Traders should expect poor moods at the start of the European cash session following declines in Asia Pacific region. Situation is an aftermath of a warning issued by Apple. Moreover, European automotive sector may trade under additional pressure as January’s data showed European car sales dropped 7.4% YoY.

9:30 am GMT - UK, labour market report for December. The UK labour market report is the key data release of the day. Wage growth in December is expected to slow from 3.2% YoY to 3% YoY while unemployment rate should remain unchanged at 3.8%. GBPUSD is locked in range and fails to distance away from the 1.30 handle.

10:00 am GMT - Germany, ZEW index for February. Expected: 21.5 pts. Previous: 26.7 pts

1:30 pm GMT - Canada, manufacturing sales for December. Expected: 0.5% MoM. Previous: -0.6% MoM

1:30 pm GMT - US, Empire manufacturing index for February. Expected: 5 pts. Previous: 4.8 pts
