Today's economic calendar will focus primarily on US macroeconomic releases, particularly the JOLTS job openings report and factory orders, although the biggest event will undoubtedly be election night and the results of the US midterm congressional elections. Turkey's annual CPI inflation increased to 29.77% in October, above expectations of 29.5% and the previous reading of 29.73%. On a monthly basis, inflation accelerated to 2.58% from 1.84%, also exceeding the 2.4% forecast, indicating persistent inflationary pressures. AMD, Arista Networks, Amgen and Booking Holdings are scheduled to release their quarterly earnings after the US market closes, while Pfizer and Shopify will report before the opening bell.
