Futures markets point to a higher opening of the European cash trading session today. DAX futures currently trade around 70 points above last week's close. Cryptocurrencies are pulling back following more worrying news on the condition of some crypto exchanges. Oil is trading slightly lower while precious metals pull back. AUD and NZD are top performing major currencies while USD and CHF lag the most.

Economic calendar for today is light. Investors will be offered industrial production data from euro area but it rarely triggers larger moves. However, G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia is underway. US President Joe Biden will meet with Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping today and it will be their first meeting since Biden became US President. Meeting is scheduled for 9:30 am GMT. The Chinese president will also meet the Australian Prime Minister tomorrow in a move that may help improve the recently strained relationship between the two countries.
