How to deposit funds
Depositing funds into your account to trade with is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below to fund your account:

Select the trading account you wish to make a deposit to, and choose from a number of available payment methods
Payment methods
There are several ways to deposit funds into your trading account. Some of these methods may incur additional charges. Please note that XTB will not cover any exchange rates charged if you are depositing in a currency that is different to that of your bank funds.Please also note that payment method may differentiate depending of the country, which you are from.
Bank Transfer
We accept the following currencies: EUR

Please note however that your bank may charge you a transfer fee.
Any bank transfers made to XTB must be made from a bank account registered in the client's full name, otherwise your funds may be returned to source. Bank account details you can find in your Client Office.
Credit Cards

Client Money Protection
The safety of your funds is paramount to our business activity. We are authorised and Regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and operate in strict accordance with their rules on client money protection. As such, your funds are held in a segregated account at all times. Your funds are also protected by the Investment Compensation Fund (ICF) up to €20,000 per retail client in the unlikely event of insolvency.

Withdrawals
To withdraw funds from your account, simply select the trading account you wish to withdraw from, and enter your desired amount.
Your withdrawal is returned only via bank transfer to the nominated bank account registered on your name, which you add in your Client Office.
To verify your nominated bank account, you will need to provide a valid bank statement which includes a valid IBAN Number. If your nominated bank is in a different currency to your trading account, our Bank convert the amount at source at their rate or when the payment is received by your bank. Please review the table below for withdrawal request processing times:

Please note that we cover all cost of the transfer at the side of our bank. Despite this your bank may additionally charge you for the transfer.
