Twitter and Intel among earnings reporters
Futures markets point to a higher opening of the European cash session, following an upbeat trading in Asia. Today is a big day for central bank watchers as European Central Bank is set to announce monetary policy decisions. While ECB meetings rarely trigger larger moves on the markets, this time can be different as ECB is expected to make changes to its forward guidance. Decision will be released at 12:45 pm BST. ECB President Lagarde will hold a press conference and answer journalists' questions at 1:30 pm BST.
When it comes to earnings releases, two top reports of the day - Intel and Twitter - will be released after the close of the Wall Street session.
