Adding/Editing a Withdrawal Account via the Mobile App
To add or edit a withdrawal account via the mobile app, go to the Portfolio tab and then select the Withdraw option at the top of the screen. After clicking on the Bank Account tile, two methods will be displayed that you can use to add your bank account:
Bank Deposit
Form
For the bank deposit method, simply deposit any amount from your account. The transfer must come from an account registered in your full name, and the IBAN number must be visible in the transfer. Based on this, the account number will be automatically saved in the withdrawals view.
For the form method, you need to fill in your bank account details and attach a document confirming ownership of the account.
The document confirming account ownership can be a bank statement or a confirmation of an outgoing transfer made within the last three months. The acceptable format is a PDF generated from online banking. Screenshots are not accepted.
If the submitted document is rejected, the information along with the reason for rejection will be sent to the email address registered to your account. To find out the reason for rejection, please check your email inbox.

Adding/Changing a Withdrawal Account via the Client Office
To change your withdrawal account number via the Investor Room, go to My Profile → Bank Accounts.
Then, fill in the required details and attach a document confirming ownership of the withdrawal account.
