Close only mode

Some Financial Instruments may be marked with an asterisk (*) in the specification table. This means that they are quoted in close only mode.

In close only mode, it is not possible to open new positions on the given instrument. Clients can only close positions that were opened earlier.

If an instrument is in this mode it will not be visible on the platform for clients who did not previously have an open position on that instrument.

The close only mode is typically applied when an instrument is being gradually withdrawn from the offer or when trading on it is being limited.

What should I do if I have difficulties closing a position in close only mode?

First, please check whether the issue occurs both in the mobile application and on the web platform.
