Occasionally, browser or application privacy settings can interfere with the automatic tracking of referral links. If your friend has already completed their registration but is not visible in your "Invite Friends" dashboard, you can manually establish the connection by following the steps below.
Step-by-step resolution
Go to the App: Open the XTB mobile application and navigate to the main screen of the Invite a Friend section.
Access Invitations: Select the "Invitations" tab.
Resend the Link: Copy your unique invitation link and share it with your friend again.
Note: It is important to send the exact same invitation link that was used the first time. For best results, try sharing it via a different communication channel (e.g., if you used SMS before, try a messaging app or email).
Important: If the invitation link is no longer active (expired already), please generate and send a brand new link to your friend.
Link the Active Session: Ask your friend to log into their XTB app first, and then open the link you just sent while their session is active.
System Verification: Once these steps are completed, our system will verify the connection and automatically update your referral status.
