Telefonica Deutschland (O2D.DE) shares are gaining nearly 3.5% today on the back of a raised recommendation from Barclays. The bank raised the recommendation from "equal-weight" to "overweight." The main reason for the upgrade is good positioning on the German energy plan, the operation of which will reduce the company's energy costs.
