How to request a withdrawal?

You can request a withdrawal either through the mobile app or the Client office.

Requesting a withdrawal in the mobile app:

To make a withdrawal in the mobile app, go to the Portfolio tab, then select the 'Withdraw' option visible at the top of the screen. Choose the withdrawal method to a bank account, then fill out the form and submit documents to verify ownership of the bank account.

Requesting a withdrawal in the Client Office:

To make a withdrawal in the Client office, go to the Withdrawal tab.

Next, add your bank account for the withdrawal. Fill in the account details and attach a bank statement so that we can verify the bank account (we do this for your security and in accordance with applicable regulations).

Bank account verification is required only for the first withdrawal - for subsequent withdrawals, it will not be necessary.

🚩 Important:
The withdrawal can only be made to a bank account that you own. It is not possible to withdraw funds to a third-party account.

Withdrawal Fees

We do not charge any commission for withdrawals. We also do not charge fees for withdrawals in foreign currencies. However, please note that fees may be charged by the recipient bank or intermediary banks involved in the withdrawal process.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed on the same day, as long as the withdrawal request is made before 1 PM (GMT). Requests submitted after 1 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next working day.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

There is no minimum withdrawal amount - you can withdraw any sum available in your account.

Blocked Withdrawal Option

If you are unable to request a withdrawal, check if your identification document is up to date.

An expired identification document may result in blocked withdrawals. You will receive an email notification when your document is approaching its expiration date.

Additionally, if you try to request a withdrawal with an expired document, an error screen will appear.

Where to check the status of the withdrawal?

To check the withdrawal status:

👉 Go to: Client office → My Profile → Transaction History → Withdrawals

There, you will find:

  • the date of the request,

  • the amount,

  • the current status of the withdrawal.

Can I withdraw funds to a Revolut account?

Yes, it is possible to withdraw to Revolut accounts (Revolut LTD), as long as the account belongs to you.

Why was a fee charged for a USD withdrawal?

XTB does not charge fees for withdrawals in USD.

🚩 However, fees may be charged by the recipient bank or intermediary banks involved in the withdrawal process. Withdrawals in USD are settled via the SWIFT network. Additional fees applied by the intermediary bank are outside of the XTB group.
