Where can I find the settings?

You can access the Settings section in two ways:

  • by clicking the three-line icon in the upper right corner of the platform and selecting “Settings”,

  • directly from the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the platform.

In the Settings section, you will find several tabs that allow you to customize the platform according to your preferences.

1. General

In the General tab, you can adjust the basic platform settings, such as:

  • selecting the language,

  • changing the theme (light or dark),

  • enabling or disabling the result in the program bar,

  • enabling or disabling the account status bar,

  • enabling market depth,

  • restoring the default platform settings.

2. Notifications

In this tab, you can manage notifications and choose how you receive them (email or platform notifications).

Available notification types:

  • Trading – information about order execution (Stop/Limit, Take Profit, Stop Loss, Stop Out), margin level falling below the warning threshold, as well as rollovers, position expiration, and corporate actions (e.g., dividends, rights issues, spin-offs),

  • News – notifications about important market updates,

  • Deposits and withdrawals – information about account transactions,

  • Investment plans – notifications related to activity within investment plans.

3. Sounds

The Sounds tab allows you to customize audio signals on the platform. You can:

  • adjust the volume level,

  • enable or disable sounds for:

    • trades,

    • messages,

    • calendar events,

    • price alerts,

    • connection status and other events.

4. Platform confirmations

In this section, you can decide whether the platform should display confirmations for specific actions:

  • opening a position,

  • modifying a position,

  • closing a position.

5. Keyboard shortcuts

This tab contains a list of keyboard shortcuts that make using the platform more efficient. The most commonly used ones include:

  • F3 – change platform layout,

  • F9 – new order,

  • F11 – full screen mode,

  • Insert – price alerts,

  • F5 – change chart type.

6. Two-factor authentication (2FA)

In this tab, you will find information about two-factor authentication, which is always enabled to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.

Here you can:

  • check which 2FA method is currently in use (SMS or TOTP),

  • switch to another available authentication method,

  • view the list of trusted devices and browsers.
