BREAKING: Putin told European leaders he will sign a degree on Donbas independence

Russian President Putin informed German chancellor Scholz and French president Macron that will sign a decree recognizing the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics in the immediate future, according to RIA which cites Kremlin. German Chancellor condemned these remarks also told Putin during a phone call that any such move would amount to a "one-sided breach" of the Minsk agreements designed to end a separatist conflict in eastern Ukraine.

RUS50 fell over 19% during today's session. Index broke below major support around 1210 pts which is marked with lower limit of the 1:1 structure and 61.8% Fibonacci retracement of the upward wave launched in March 2020.
