1:30 pm BST - US, NFP report for September. NFP report is usually a key report of the week but this time it is even more important given how poor ISM data was. Weak jobs data could boost already-high market odds for another Fed rate cut. Market consensus expects a reading of 140k but keep in mind that ADP print was expected to show the same but disappointed. Wage growth is forecasted to stay unchanged at 3.2% YoY. Simultaneously, trade balance data for August will be released and it is expected to show a deficit of $54.5 billion.
3:00 pm BST - Canada, Ivey PMI for September. Survey data from Canada tends to have a minor impact on CAD valuation. Ivey PMI for September is expected to come in at 62.6 pts (60.6 pts previously) but one should keep in mind that this gauge is very volatile.
