Richmond Fed manufacturing index for December will be released at 3:00 pm GMT and is expected to jump from -1 to 1. Few hours later (9:40 pm GMT) API data on oil stockpiles will be released and it is expected to show a 0.7 mb decline. However, the release will come after oil market closes.
