European indices surge as coronavirus concerns are put aside

Stocks in Europe benefit from upbeat moods seen during US and Asian trading sessions and surge on Tuesday. Investors seem to look past the mounting number of confirmed coronavirus cases and ignore the deaths being reported outside China. The UK FTSE 100 (UK100) is European top performer as it gains over 1.4% and nears key resistance zone.
