Let us recall that retail sales rose by 7.5% MoM in June. Today, two companies are particularly eye-catching. Twitter (TWTR.US) is losing due to yesterday's hacking into many accounts of famous personalities such as Joe Biden and Elon Musk. Hackers tried to extort money using Twitter accounts (sending requests for Bitcoin transfer). Twitter lost over 4% at the opening.
On the other hand, Tesla (TSLA.US) also lost 4% at the opening. Recent figures show that in California, which is a key state for the company, Tesla car registrations fell by half in Q2.
