Powell's hearing before Congress is over. The head of the FED indicates that he expects a rate hike in two weeks and further increases this year, but given the situation in Ukraine, the Fed will remain cautious. In his opinion, the neutral interest rate is in the range of 2-2.5%, but the current situation may require going above this level. Powell said earlier that he does not rule out a 50bp hike, but a 25bp hike is still more probable and justified.
