📈Ripple tests the key resistance at $1.00

Ripple (XRP) is one of the strongest cryptocurrencies of today, gaining over 11%, which is twice as much compared to other major cryptocurrencies such as Litecoin or Bitcoin. Ripple is gaining ground today after another small victory in its court battle against the SEC. The whole case is related to the fact that the SEC has been trying to prove for several months that Ripple Labs committed illegal issuance of securities without a permit, of course in the form of the Ripple cryptocurrency (XRP). This time, the case concerned the possibility of inspection by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), legal communication conducted by Ripple Labs. In this case, the court indicated that in this case there is a secrecy related to the client-attorney relationship.

Ripple's price broke today above the neckline of the head-to-shoulders formation. Currently, the cryptocurrency is testing the "parity" area in relation to the dollar, i.e. the $ 1.00 level. Source: xStation5
