Stellar is by far the strongest cryptocurrency during today's session, adding 5% to its value. Nevertheless, today's gain is negligible compared to yesterday's over 25% increase! This is related to the information that the Stellar Development Foundation has signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Digitization in Ukraine in order to develop a digital currency for the central bank, a stable digital currency (the so-called stablecoin) and infrastructure for virtual assets using the Stellar blockchain. As one can see, even despite yesterday's very strong Bitcoin sell-off, Stellar gained 25%.
