The President of China calls for joint efforts to ensure peace

The main indexes on Wall Street started today's session lower, but positive sentiment returned after comments from the President of China, who said that the conflict is not in the interest of any state and the US and China must jointly strive to ensure international peace. Xi Jinping said that Beijing and Washington should "shoulder our due international responsibilities", Chinese state TV reported.

President Biden most likely will try to persuade Chinese President to give up any idea of bailing out Russia from the effects of Western sanctions or even sending military assistance for Russia's onslaught
