Indices ignore risks as key swing states return to counting votes

US equities are trading higher, with the Dow gaining near 200 points, the S&P 500 near 1.8% and the Nasdaq around 2.4%. Investors await the outcome of US presidential election as there's no clear winner yet and ballots continued to be counted in many states. So far, Democrats swept up 227 electoral votes while Trump picked up 213 votes and won Florida. Biden is leading in Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan but Trump is ahead in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia.
