You can withdraw your money anytime you want from our mobile app or from Client Office🎈
You can choose to withdraw the fund to Skrill (fees 2%), Neteller (fees 1%), Visa by Ecommpay, or Bank transfer.
Adding a bank account for withdrawals can be done on both the application and the web platform.
On the mobile application:
Select the investment amount at the top.
Select Withdraw.
Select Bank withdrawal > Add new bank account > Manually via form > Next.
Enter your bank account number or IBAN, bank name, SWIFT code, then upload your bank statement showing your full bank account number and full name
Select Send.
On the web platform:
Go to the left-hand sidebar and select Deposit/Withdrawal.
Choose Withdraw.
Select Bank withdrawal > Add new bank account > Manually via form > Next.
Enter your bank account number or IBAN, bank name, SWIFT code, then upload your bank statement showing your full bank account number and full name
Select Send.

🚩 Note: We can only send funds to bank accounts in your own name. We will not send funds to third-party bank accounts. For Clients who have an account with XTB International Limited, there is no fee charged for withdrawals as long as they are above $50

XTB International Limited - Please be informed that withdrawals are always processed the next working day. For USD payments, after withdrawal is processed by our Accounts department, it usually takes within 7 working days to arrive on client's bank account.
XTB covers all costs charged by our bank.
All other potential costs (Beneficiary and Intermediary bank) are paid by client according to the commission tables of those banks.
🚩For Clients who have an account with XTB International Limited, we charge a commission of 1.5% for withdrawal to credit card. Withdrawals to credit cards are only available for residents of certain countries.
🚩 It's not possible to withdraw to or receive funds from other brokers.
🚩If your withdrawal is rejected by your banks due to their internal regulations, the bank will send money back to XTB. This process can take weeks depends on the banks but we will credit money back to your trading account immediately after we receive it. It's important to check with your bank if they have any restrictions from such oversea bankwires.
Can I withdraw money to my Revolut account?

Unfortunately, withdrawing money to Revolut account is not currently available to XTB International Limited clients. We will inform you of any changes in future.
Where I can check the status of my withdrawal?

💸 In order to check the status of your withdrawal, please go to the Client office -> My Profile -> Withdrawal History.
There you can check the date of the withdrawal request, withdrawal amount and the current status.

XTB International Limited - Standard processing time for withdrawal request is 1 business day.
Why was there a fee for USD withdrawal?
XTB does not charge additional fees for withdrawals from a trading account in USD.
🚩Such fees may, however, be charged by the recipient's bank or intermediary banks in the execution of the withdrawal. Withdrawals in USD are settled via the SWIFT network. The application of additional fees by the intermediary bank goes beyond the XTB group.
